    Description

      The contributions page has been taken from the Wiki, and can be cleaned up to help onboard new contributors to Avro.

      For example, things to think about:

      • describing the requirements per-language
      • using the docker image to build
      • using ./build.sh consistently from any lang/LANG page
      • JIRA conventions (including how to set a priority?)
