[AURORA-55] clientcommands.md cites incorrect clusters.json location

Description

The doc points to _{/.clusters.json}, but the client actually looks in /.aurora/clusters.json. While fixing this, please also include information about what this file contains. It took me some searching to find an example file, and even then i had to code spelunk to figure out how to deviate from that.
