End-to-end tests using a public cloud provider and Vagrant

    Description

      Ideally our CI would run a suite of end-to-end tests using production code-paths. IMO the easy way forward to do this is adding a cloud provider configuration (like AWS) to our Vagrantfile and configuring the CI slaves with credentials that can be used to launch this.
