[AURORA-1178] The scheduler UI should offer more details about update state transitions

Description

The scheduler UI currently displays raw enum values for job update state transitions (e.g. ROLLING_FORWARD, ROLL_FORWARD_PAUSED). It would benefit from offering human-friendly descriptions of these states, including an indication that a transition took place automatically by the scheduler.
