1. Confirm Board Resolution 2020-08-19
2. Inform users of the move to the Attic
3. Create project page on Attic site: http://attic.apache.org/projects/drat.html
4. Ensure original project pages carry the Attic banner
5. Update the project DOAP file (if any) or copy to projects-override:
6. Announce on announce at apache.org

Open an Infrastructure JIRA issue identifying the resources that need turning off/making read only. INFRA-21523
Typically:

• Make source control Git|Svn read-only (requested)
• Remove files from release and staging areas
• Closing down of mailing lists
• Make JIRA|Bugzilla|Github issues read-only
• Make the wiki (Confluence|Moinmoin) read-only
• Delete unix/ldap group
