Description::

When user uses OR condition it does not apply on filter, results are listed with AND condition. PFA evidence file [OR condition not working.mkv]

Steps to regenerate::

1. Go to Administration- Audits
2. Select the OR condition filter
3. Check the console for response
4. Results are listed with 'AND' operator instead of 'OR'
