[ATLAS-3868] [Regression] removing a term-association doesn't remove classifications propagated from the term

Description

1. Create a business term – term1
2. Associate classification PII to term1
3. Associate term1 to an entity
4. Entity will now have PII classification propagated from the term
5. Now remove term1 association with the entity
6. Entity still shows PII classification, propagated from the term => this is a regression

 

This regression is caused by ATLAS-3863
