Handle all fields of User entity from ML Governance Hook input

    Description

      Right now, we pass in entity with type of user in ML governance hook implementation. Only user name is used to generate UGI for pushing ML metadata into Atlas. Other fields are ignored.

      If more user details need to be pushed to Atlas, we need to process other fields of User entities properly.
