Description

Currently, AtlasClient read config AtlasApplicationProperties internally while initializing the AtlasClient, this creates a dependency when the AtlasClient is used outside Atlas environment.

The plan is to overload constructor of AtlasClient is overloaded with commons configuration in which all configuration dependencies are present and can function seamlessly.
