[ATLAS-2692] UI : Though relationship is DELETED , UI still shows the DELETED association

Description

When table is moved from one database to another , old database still shows the association to the table which is confusing.
Table shows only the relationship to the new database.
It would be good to show the DELETED relationship in a different color for both database and table.
