[ATLAS-1640] Update entity not showing selected values for array-entity attributes when its is required

Description

• During updating from UI if array-entity attributes is required then value is not showing selected in UI. However valid options are present in drop down.

• Create entity button is visible in tag details page it should be visible only on search result page.
