Description

We need a well-configured (best practices) single CC/single NC setup that folks who want to use and potentially perf-test single-user *DB can get.  This is what we'd want most users to get, in fact; the simulated two-NC setup should be test-precated (i.e., relegated to use in testing but not what users are drawn to by our site/docs).  This will save us a lot of pain in the future from "stupid users" - users who don't think before they measure.  (Or users who might somewhat rightly assume that what we give them is well-configured AFAWK.)
