Description

We need to add a new option to the list - making it the first one on the list - for users who just want AsterixDB on a single node (i.e., their laptop or desktop machine) in order to learn SQL++ and the concepts of AsterixDB at the user level.  We need to not keep giving such users a pretend two-node cluster - nothing good is coming from that - they are mostly then just using a poorly configured system to do initial performance evaluations with our current setup.
