[ARTEMIS-5201] Allow Artemis cli to system exit(1) on exception like the Artemis boot

Description

The return of Artemis cli execute in main is not checked, such that errors are ignored.
To know if a command fails it would be great to exit(1) in the same way as the boot command. It can be suppressed for the embedded case like in artemis stop.

this makes the cli useful for checks and probes and external tests.
