Description

Instead of applying Diverts on Mirror Target, we should just send the operations after the fact.

Right now if you have a non exclusive divert, the messages will be duplicated.. one from the afterSend event, another for the actual routing of the divert on the targets resulting in messages that will not be removed from the ACK Manager and duplicates.
