Description

Update the 'Broker-to-Broker Connectivity' section of the documentation index. Expose the key AMQP Broker Connections functionality around Mirroring and Federation in the index to make them more visible. Move the Core-based Federation links beside the AMQP-based ones to have them nearer each other and make clearer both exist.

Add Federation to the list of functionality types supported on the broker connection.

Add some detail about the various examples for the AMQP based Federation.

Fix (/remove) a reference to the broker distribution for an example around mirroring, as the examples are now independent.

Remove a note that broker-connections could support other protocols to simplify things; there has been no movement that it will, such notes can be added if it ever does occur.
