[ARTEMIS-4574] Broker diagram no longer works

Description

Since very recent, the broker diagram no longer shows.

The web-console shows the following error: TypeError: thisBroker.primary is undefined

since this is a recent problem I guessed that commit 85b2f4b126ee4598cae345d3aef575bdb2cbb03e (ARTEMIS-3474 "replace non-inclusive terms") was the reason. builds before+after confirmed that.

jbertram: I have enough insight in this part of the code (e.g. file diagram.js) to fix this. do you want a PR? a PR is added.
