[ARTEMIS-4561] allow key and trust store type to be configured on the web component

Description

Following on from ARTEMIS-4528

for the jetty engine configured from the web component, it is currently not possible to configure the store type and configure the use of PEM. Without this it is not possible to secure the web console with PEM format credentials
