    Description

      Update hawtio to latest 2.x release (2.17.0) from currently 2.15.0.

      This would also include a feature in hawtio-oauth plugin that enables PKCE support (see https://github.com/hawtio/hawtio-oauth/issues/29).

      Some company security guidelines require PKCE usage when using public Clients for OAuth2/OpenID, so this upgrade would make that possible for Artemis.
