[ARTEMIS-3631] 2 more header fields can be interpreted as timestamp

Description

When viewing messages using "Browse Queue" (single message view), some header fields contain a numeric timestamp. Many of them are recognized and a readable timestamp is additionally shown.
While working with OpenWire messages, there appeared 2 new (for me) occurrences: __AMQ_ACTUAL_EXPIRY and __HDR_BROKER_IN_TIME.

The matching PR causes these fields to be shown in a readable format as well.
