[ARTEMIS-3376] help text for "artemis address --no-anycast/--no-multicast" is incorrect

Description

The helptext for the commandline options artemis address --no-anycast and artemis address --no-multicast (use artemis help address to see that) are wrong as they both have the same text as for --anycast/--multicast.

Note that this helptext was previously invisible due to ARTEMIS-3375.

This is just something I accidentally noticed. I finally added a PR.
