[ARTEMIS-3257] documentation references non-existing element transport-connector-ref

Description

In docs/user-manual/en/federation-address.md and docs/user-manual/en/federation-queue.md, references are made to element transport-connector-ref.
However, that element is not recognized (it does not even appear in the code).
I assume that upstream-connector-ref was intended.
