Description

Auto Delete queues and Auto Delete created queues are meant to allow auto deletion of queues created by clients. Configuration managed queues should not be auto deleted, these should be deleted only by removing from configuration, it seems there a bug where configuration managed queues can be auto deleted, ensure this is not the case.
