Description

RemoteQueueBindingImpl::isHighAcceptPriority can fail with NPE because the filters HashMap can contain null filters.
RemoteQueueBindingImpl::addConsumer(SimpleString.toSimpleString("")) can create null filters to be added to the filters HashMap.
