[ARTEMIS-2001] JMSXGroupID and JMSXUserID not returned in getPropertyNames when set

Description

Currently when using JMS API, and JMSXGroupID or JMSXUserID is set the JMS property name is not returned, when it should be. 

This causes issues in tools like spring integration that use this to iterate over the set properties, as they don't capture these, as they are missing.
