[ARTEMIS-139] data folder is not related to Artemis.instance

Description

If you run the server from Artemis.instance

$artemis.instance/bin/artemis start

the data will be a step higher than where you current are.

it should be using artemis.instance as a parent folder.

We should also change the defaults to ./data
