Description

The documentation page [1] on the Arrow site has links for C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and R. It would be good do add Rust here as well, even if the docs here are brief and link to the rustdocs on docs.rs [2] (which are currently broken due to ARROW-8536 [3].
