Description

pygit2 (required by crossbow itself) is failing to build because it doesn't support the latest version of libgit2 https://travis-ci.org/ursa-labs/crossbow/builds/659892661#L4542

for now, we'll have to pin it at 1.0.x https://github.com/libgit2/pygit2/blob/42df4cb3eb95272cb7bdb76fdd4f127d370e3096/src/types.h#L36
