Description

The Scan interface exposes classes (ScanTask/Iterator) which are not of interest to all callers. This would implement `Status Scan::Materialize(std::shared_ptr<arrow::Table>* out)` so consumers can call this function instead of consuming and dispatching the streaming interface.
