Description

I just got the following message when I rebuilt Arrow after pulling from a different fork:

Warning message:
Failed to enable user cancellation: Signal stop source already set up 

I'm not sure exactly what it is or how to reproduce it (it disappeared after I restarted my R session), but we might want to check that end users won't end up seeing this?
