Description

The current glob used on our git commands to detect the development version is not correct and can be seen on the published docs:

Reproduced on bash:

$ git describe --dirty --tags --long
apache-arrow-10.0.0.dev-113-g28b81ec-dirty
$ git describe --dirty --tags --long --match "apache-arrow-[0-9].*"
apache-arrow-9.0.0.dev-640-g28b81ec-dirty
