Description

Arrow 9.0.0 has new code which includes _SC_LEVEL1_DCACHE_SIZE 

introduced in commit https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/cde5a0800624649cd6558f339ded2024146cfd71

 

there is a fallback function

but that uses the structure with the defines in as well.
