Description

As a follow-up to https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/13416 add changes to the conftest.py that evolved from other docstring PRs from the umbrella issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-16091 : the main reason is to be sure created files and folders are deleted at the end.
