$ TEST_DEFAULT=0 TEST_WHEELS=1 dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh 8.0.0 3
......
ERROR: pyarrow-8.0.0-cp38-cp38-manylinux_2_12_aarch64.manylinux2010_aarch64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

Looks there are aarch64 wheels for manylinux_2_17, but not manylinux_2_12.
