1. macOS test is timed out because ccache cache isn't available: https://github.com/apache/arrow/runs/6134456502?check_suite_focus=true
2. gparquet_row_group_metadata_equal() isn't stable on Windows: https://github.com/apache/arrow/runs/6134457213?check_suite_focus=true#step:14:308
