Description

• The format docs for Flight should reflect the changes made in ARROW-15921.
• "RPC Methods" should also describe DoExchange
• How do we want to describe non-gRPC transports?
• Authentication should be expanded
• External resources should link to the more up-to-date blog

In C++/Python/Java:

• We should at least have a basic page outlining the process of setting up a server and a client
• Longer examples should go in the Cookbook over the documentation
• Document how to return/handle errors, how to check cancellations, set timeouts, etc.
