The newly added gdb feature tests are failing on macos M1 in the wheel verification builds due to not universal2 gdb binary: https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/branches/all?query=nightly-2022-01-23-0-github-wheel-macos-big-sur-cp39-arm64
