Description

When building from source, add a message to say something like "*** For a faster installation, set the environment variable LIBARROW_BINARY=true before installing"

When building from source, add a message to say something about the fact that not all features are enabled and that you should set LIBARROW_MINIMAL=false and reinstall if you need them.
