Description

When using the JDBC adapter, the schema of the VectorSchemaRoot's in the ArrowVectorIterator have all the columns as nullable, irregardless of whether they are nullable in SQL.

This should be fixed, so that the schema has only those columns as nullable that are also nullable in SQL.
