Description

As bintray is EOL soon (https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/) could you please let me know the alternative repository from which we can pull arrow dependency ? 

 

The installation procedure here https://arrow.apache.org/install/ points to bintray. It will be good for us to know more persistent repository to download dependencies for future installation.
