Description

So that the sort order of the generated wrapping code is stable across machines. Otherwise we'll keep thrashing on arrowExports.cpp whenever different people rebuild things (cf. https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/21999ecd3cf2b9141e182c648eb13ab3836500d0#diff-f6ded32632f8b1516f0e852b8e648af02be39e60010c546a17502d1830245076).
