Description

ARROW-11427 added a RuntimeInfo struct that contains two strings: "simd_level" and "detected_simd_level" https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/cpp/src/arrow/config.h#L48-L70

We should query these and include them in the arrow_info() result.
