CMake args (run from Visual Studio command prompt):

-DSnappy_LIB=%SNAPPY_INSTALL%\lib\snappy.lib
-DSnappy_INCLUDE_DIR=%SNAPPY_INSTALL%\include
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=%BUILD_HOME%

Missing include <tuple>:
