Description

https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/pandas.html has a bunch of TODOs, references to outdated versions, and rst markup errors. According to https://github.com/apache/arrow/blame/master/docs/source/python/pandas.rst, most of the file hasn't been touched in years.
