Description

The JNDI service spec says that osgi:service should not wait for replacement services. It would be nice if the caller could request that the proxied damped service does wait for replacements.

I'll introduce an org.apache.aries.jndi.rebind.timeout property, expressed in milliseconds. This should support a String, or Integer value.
