[ARIES-351] If an EBA contains a deployment.mf, we should not convert any invalid bunldes but we don't want to throw an exception either.

Description

At the moment, we convert invalid bundles into valid ones even if a deployment.mf is present in an EBA. We should simply ignore the utility jars but we don't want to throw an exception either.
