Description

The transaction control project creates numerous objects which consume resources. Database Connection pools are a particular concern.

These must be cleaned up if/when:

1. The resource factory service is unregistered/released by the bundle
2. A configured resource provider configuration changes
3. The Transaction control service is unregistered
