Description

Currently Aries JPA container embeds two spec packages:
org.osgi.service.jdbc and org.osgi.service.jpa.

These packages are now also provided by bundles provided by the OSGi alliance. So we should remove the embedding and instead install the official bundles.

This will avoid problems like the linked issue reported at pax jdbc where the spec package is provided by different bundles.
