[ARIA-351] Adapt the Clearwater example to Openstack

Description

1) Create clearwater-single-openstack and clearwater-live-test-openstack. This should be easy.

2) Create clearwater-openstack that is fully scalable by policy. This will be much trickier: we will need scripts for the lifecycle relationship interfaces that properly open firewall ports and of course model the Openstack network security appropriately in TOSCA.
