The plugin source can be found at https://github.com/fusesource/fuse-extra/tree/master/fusemq-apollo/fusemq-apollo-mqtt
It's ASL 2.0 licensed so there should be no problems including it.

We probably just need to add some documentation and examples to the distro on how to use the MQTT protocol
